Helping Ohioans Be Healthy & Independent

LifeCare Alliance may be best known for its Meals on Wheels program, but they do SO MUCH MORE! The nonprofit is dedicated to helping Ohioans in need lead healthy, independent lives through a variety of programs.

The organization’s diabetes education program ensures children and adults understand the importance of managing their diagnosis. Each summer, LifeCare Alliance partners with Camp Hamwi to connect kids with diabetes with other kids on the same journey. This special experience helps youth better understand and manage their diabetes so they feel confident and enjoy life. WATCH VIDEO to learn more about Camp Hamwi and how to register.

LifeCare Alliance also has an in-house Cancer Clinic. The clinic provides complimentary screening and support services to those battling the disease. Cancer warriors often find a fun, feel good boost when visiting the Clinic’s Wig Room filled with hundreds of wigs for clients to discover a new look. Meals on Wheels has been a staple of LifeCare Alliance for many years. In addition to delivering nourishing meals, smiles and companionship are also delivered. Thousands of free meals are delivered each day to residents in Franklin, Madison, Marion, Champaign, and Logan counties.

With so many vital services, LifeCare Alliance is always looking for volunteer support from individuals and businesses. Our ReVision Gives Back donation will help fund their outstanding programs that help Ohioans remain safe, independent, and living in their own homes.
