Help Them Grow

Life-changing programming is starting to take root in Mansfield! Taking Root Farms is a nonprofit dedicated to providing those with intellectual developmental disabilities day program options in a rural setting to fulfill their physical, spiritual and social needs.

Angela Eisaman Founded Taking Root Farms after realizing the lack of opportunities available to her own son with developmental challenges. She began an inspiring journey to share the nonprofits mission and raise funds to build a much-needed facility for her son and those like him to thrive and find purpose and value in every day.

Currently in the public phase of a Capital Campaign, Taking Root Farms is very close to meeting their fundraising goal. Once the goal is reached, ground will be broken on the new holistic rural day program facility near the Raemelton Therapeutic Equestrian Center who serves a similar population. WATCH VIDEO to hear more about the new facility.

The ReVision Gives Back donation brings Taking Root Farms one step closer to bringing this exciting and much needed community resource to Richland County.
